Terms and Conditions

• All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They are non-transferable and may only be redeemed once. They cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.
• The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null and void.
• Vouchers are valid for 18 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Advance bookings are necessary for all experiences and reservations are subject to availability.
• Selected blackout dates apply for all experience and monetary vouchers during which they may not be redeemed. For more information, please contact the Reservations team.
• Accommodation vouchers and overnight stay experiences may not be cancelled, transferred, rebooked for a different time or refunded once booking is confirmed. In case of a no-show, the voucher will become null & void.
• Monetary vouchers must be redeemed at one time, no change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued. Monetary vouchers used for accommodation are only eligible for redemption against the Flexible rate.
• Vouchers may not be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase.
• Voucher must be used by persons over 16 years of age.
